
“Green Goddess cocktail”
1 egg white
– 30 ml. Green Chartreuse (CHARTEUSE VERTE)
– 25 ml. white rum
– 25 ml. pineapple juice
– 15 ml. Green lemon juice
– (preferably + celery bitters)
– Green lemon peel
The protein is beaten dry in a shaker with the help of a bartender spring. Add the ingredients and grind with ice. It is decorated with grated (or slice) green lemon peel.
