History
The Chartreuse liqueur (55% alc.) Was created by the monks of the Pères Chartreux Order 250 years ago as the successor to the more powerful “Elixir végétal de la Grande Chartreuse” dating back 1605 Fully natural, from taste to authentic green (emerald) color achieved without artificial colors.
Ingredients
A unique recipe of over 130 alpine herbs and plants. Nowadays, the recipe is kept by only two monks in the Grande Chartreuse monastery, who closely monitor the distillation process of the monastery’s beverage; computer system.
